This recipe makes about 6 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 3 cups white rice
- 4 tablespoons oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring water with salt to a boil
2. Add rice and stir
3. Add oil and stir again
4. Cook on high heat until almost all of the water evaporates
5. Turn the rice, bringing the rice from the bottom and sides of the pot to the top
